Steps of Limited Company Registration in Turkey
The minimum required capital for a Limited company in Turkey is 10,000 TL, and it can be paid in installments within two years. The company’s capital can be in the form of cash, assets, or a combination of both.
According to the Turkish Commercial Code, a limited liability company (LLC) requires a minimum of one partner and the partner can be a legal entity or a real person.

2- Get the partner’s passport and PoA translated and notarized.
3- Get the tax ID for the partner
4- Apply for company registration at the Trade Registry Office and obtain a registration certificate
5- Register the company with the Turkish Commercial Registry Gazette and obtain a registration certificate.
6- Obtain a tax number for the company and open a bank account in the company’s name
7- Sign a rental agreement for the company’s address
8- Sign Power of Attorney to an accountant on behalf of the company

For Real Person Partners
1. Translated and notarized passport copies of the Partners’
2. Passport photos of the Partners’

For Legal Entity Partners
1. The company’s “Certificate of Good Standing” from the Shareholder Companies. This certificate should contain the company’s and its executives’ current active status.
2. The foreign shareholder company’s “Articles of Incorporation” (AoI)
3. The foreign shareholder company must get a resolution for limited company registration in Turkey.
4. If the foreign shareholder company will be appointed as a company director in Turkey, a real person must be appointed to do this task. We need signature samples from this representative. We have to get his/her passport translated and notarized and we will obtain a Turkish tax id number.
5. Power of Attorney for establishing the company. The representatives must sign it.
6. These above-mentioned documents must be notarized and apostilled. Then we will get them translated and notarized in Turkey.
